On Chime LLC is a minority-owned and operated business. On Chime’s Senior Facilitator has experience as a certified Learning Coach, Tier 1 Trainer, Event planner, Educator and Counselor. With an extensive background of over 17 years in developing and facilitating courses, seminars and programs in diverse sectors, our facilitator continues to conduct quality trainings, team building, and events for corporations, educational institutions, and nonprofits throughout Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

Each experience is customized to meet the needs of the client and includes a highly qualified facilitator.

Bringing people together is our business! In short, we believe that together... life is better. Our aim is to provide fun experiences that ignite connection and to help groups revitalize team energy and effectiveness. Over the past 20 years, the cultivation of human skills (aka interpersonal skills) within our society has been dramatically impacted by the accelerated reliance on technology for communication and interaction. The qualities that enable us to relate to one another, show empathy, adapt to changes and build trust are diminishing. Strong human skills allow for formation of deeper connections and lead to higher rates of positive interaction. They ultimately serve as a strong foundation for every relationship and directly correlate to workplace performance in terms of innovation, adaptive thinking, and collaboration.
